Two months after the House Judiciary Committee’s scathing tech antitrust report, Amazon continues to flex its power—opening an online pharmacy in 45 states. According to Jason Boyce—a nationally recognized authority on Amazon and an e-commerce expert who was cited multiple times in the House report—if the government doesn’t step in soon, every small and medium-sized business should be afraid.
“Stop treating Amazon with kid gloves. They’re screwing over small businesses—which account for half of the jobs in America,” says Boyce, author of The Amazon Jungle. “There needs to be laws in action to protect the small businesses that are so crucial to the fabric of being American.”
