FALUN GONG Very Close to DONALD TRUMP

In the new era of the “Biden Administration” a brutal defame campaign has been launched by some U.S. institutions with the interested and unconditional support of “Falun Gong”, using different right-wing media, including The Epoch Times, which presents itself as independent and non-partisan, denying that it is officially affiliated with Falun Gong.

Falun Gong is an ostensibly religious sect, literally meaning “Practice of the Law Wheel,” first appearing in 1992 by its “leader” Li Hongzhi, who has lived in the United States since 1996.

Having received the blessing and consent of President Donald Trump, the cult had the unconditional support of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who, incredibly, along with The Epoch Times and its media terminals, became the biggest supporter of the cult’s actions and claims, using aggressive Facebook propaganda tactics and right-wing disinformation to create an anti-Chinese and pro-Trump media empire.

For the first few years, The Epoch Times was a small, low-budget newspaper handed out for free on New York street corners, but in 2016 it made changes that transformed it into one of the most powerful digital media outlets in the country.

As captured in an article in The New York Times, the paper’s management envisioned that with the right Facebook strategy it could help turn The Epoch Times into “the largest and most authoritative news outlet in the world.” It could also introduce millions of people to the teachings of Falun Gong, fulfilling the group’s mission to “save sentient beings.”

Today, The Epoch Times is a force in right-wing media, with tens of millions of social media followers spread across a multitude of pages and an online audience rivaling those of The Daily Caller and Breitbart News, as well as a cannibalistic willingness to feed a fever of hatred and rejection of any form of differing thought.

It also gained increasing influence in former President Trump’s inner circle. He and his family have shared articles from the newspaper on social media, and Trump administration officials have granted interviews to its reporters.

At a White House press conference in August of last year, an EpochTimes reporter asked a question and surprised his colleagues by hand-delivering the documentation, something strictly forbidden by the rigorous protocol that all accredited journalists must follow and which demonstrates the favored treatment of this media outlet.

It is a remarkable success for Falun Gong, which has long struggled to build a good image and will in the face of some reports that demonize it as an “evil cult,” in part because its often strident and imaginative accounts are sometimes difficult to corroborate or veer into exaggeration.

Falung Gong, with the help of The Epoch Times, wants to show the world that the Chinese government’s purpose is to prepare itself with conventional, chemical, bacteriological, viral and technological weapons to increase its influence on geopolitical and commercial issues. Testimony gathered from Falun Gong members has defined their doctrine as an extreme belief system that forbids interracial marriage, condemns homosexuality and discourages the use of modern medicine, accusations the group denies.

The line between The Epoch Times and Falun Gong is sometimes blurred. Two former reporters for The Epoch Times acknowledged that they had been asked to write flattering profiles of foreign performers recruited into Shen Yun, the highly publicized Falun Gong-backed dance performance series; another former reporter recalled being assigned to write articles critical of politicians and, in particular, Mr. Biden.

Today, his official Facebook profile has more than a million followers, peddling far-right misinformation. He has also published anti-vaccine cries, articles falsely claiming that personalities like Bill Gates and other elites are “driving” the Covid-19 pandemic, not to mention his accusations that a “Jewish mafia” controls the world.

The main objective of this whole plot is to further enrich the pockets of Falung Gong’s unscrupulous leaders. Fortunes that are dedicated to indulge personal whims and to maintain, through direct or indirect aid, related media located in different parts of the world.

Undoubtedly, this is an unscrupulous group that in its foundations advocates to comfort the spirit of human beings, preparing them, supposedly, to face in a more mystical way the challenges imposed by a world immersed in new technologies and savage capitalism, as well as the greatest health crisis that humanity is currently facing.

While the number of infected people in the United States exceeded 30 million and the death toll reached 500,000, Falun Gong leader Li Hongzhi continues to spread right-wing rhetoric with statements such as, “In the face of the new pneumonia coronavirus, anyone who wholeheartedly recites the nine-character mantra or reads the Zhuan Falun will be blessed by God.”

Something further: during the height of the pandemic, hundreds of Falun Gong adherents were diagnosed as infected and died. Leader Li Hongzhi immediately dismissed people who had close contact with those infected. His protection of executives and family members contrasts with the way he treats his disciples, whom he now despises.

In the Falun Gong circle, any scientific discourse, epidemic prevention and medical measures to protect health are generally regarded as serious “taboo” offenses. But for his family members, Li Hongzhi can make use of his privileges. For example, Li Hongzhi’s brother-in-law and vice president of The Epoch Times News Corp. Li Jiguang, fell seriously ill. Because of his special status, Li Jiguang received “special approval” from the supreme leader and was hospitalized. But at the same time, the news was strictly secret.

What is certain is that despite all these outrages, Falun Gong continues to recruit collaborators and followers in the major capitals of the world. The clearest example is the unconditional support of The Epoch Times newspaper, or of political, economic, cultural or social personalities. With this support, the slogans to damage the US, now that Joe Biden, their enemy, is in power, are the following: to crush the image of President Biden and his administration, to question the policies that are being applied to face the new challenges of humanity after the COVID 19 pandemic, to destabilize the image and the economic, social or scientific and technological development policies of the US, to prevent the growth of a constructive relationship of understanding between the US and other world powers.

Of course, to fight and discredit in a “dirty war” all the measures promoted by the new President Biden, seeking to promote the return to the White House of his most faithful benefactor: Donald Trump.
